Our pricing structure is as follows:

Onsite IT Services

• Flat callout fee: £30.00
• Hourly rate: £25.00 (charged by 1/4 hour intervals)

The callout fee covers services in Taunton and most surrounding villages, as well as Churchinford & Hemyock. However, for customers residing outside these areas, there might be an additional fee applicable.

Device Repairs

We like to price our repairs on a case-by-case basis, but you will be quoted before any work commences.

Most laptop & desktop repairs, software or hardware can be collected, fixed and returned for under £100.

Remote Support

• Hourly rate: £25.00 (minimum of 1 hour, charged by 1/4 hour intervals)
