Once a proposal is agreed, we provide you with a contract outlining what you can expect from us and what the next steps are.
If it’s easier for you, we can organise in-person meetings but the majority of discussions usually happens over email, phone or Zoom.

Essentially that means that whatever device you’re using, your website still looks great. And with over half of web searches now happening on a mobile device (not a desktop or PC), it’s more important that ever to make sure your site is properly optimised for all screen sizes.
An SSL certificate is a digital certificate that provides authentication for a website and ensures an encrypted connection between the user and the server. This gives additional assurance for your customers and can also improve your visibility on search engines such as Google and Bing.
Yes we can. These are charged at £10 per year for a single account plus £5 per year for every additional account. We require you to also have an Ongoing Service Package to manage your emails.

Yes we do! These are referred to as Ongoing Service Packages (OSPs for short).
When we start a new project, in most circumstances we include a single year OSP in the price to ensure you are getting at least one year of support and get the most out of your website.
The only exception is for very small ‘one-off’ projects whereby a client decides they don’t want ongoing support. These are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Most our websites are designed using the WordPress CMS, however we also have a number of sites developed using Wix.
In addition, we are HTML and CSS trained which is particularly useful when you have a very specific change you want make which is outside the normal toolset.
